"I'll take what's behind Door #3, Monte!" Remember when people used to say that to Monte Hall on "Let's Make a Deal?" Well we're trying to turn a zonk into a nice place to live for our third flood family, the Gilpins. When I stopped by their house today to let a contractor in to do an estimate, I discovered their back door is not in the greatest shape. We need to shore this up a.s.a.p. as the workers will be going through this A LOT in a few weeks to fix their basement. Do you know how to hang a door?
